For over ten years I've been capturing portraits of friends and mentors and inspirational thinkers with a view to collecting them in a book one day.
A few of these photographs will be offered as limited edition prints as part of a series titled RPW101 with each image limited to 101 signed prints on museum grade papers.
Please note that each of these is made to order, signed and shipped personally. Each image has a story that will one day be included in my book but in the meantime, you're invited to find your own interpretation.

RPW101: #1 - "Juan Solo"
Taken shortly before Juan Tamariz and I embarked on a seven year project to capture a film portrait of Juan and his unique approach to life and magic. Juan is typically surrounded by friends and family - an Andalusian trait - but I wanted to capture the moment before we joined him, carefully staged with a nod to Renaissance art, Spanish culture and of course, magic.
Captured with a Widelux camera on HP5 film stock, developed and printed professionally on museum-grade Hahnemühle card stock with each print signed and numbered personally.
